Day 1 — Find your start. Choose a skill-based learning path. Try five home words. Note whether the learner needed no help, a little help or lots of help.
Day 2 — Recall. Try the starter flashcards. Say a word before flipping the card.
Day 3 — Write. Watch one letter guide and trace it. Praise one specific improvement.
Day 4 — Discover. Read one of the two free culture topics. Match its words and talk about it.
Day 5 — Speak. Record a familiar word and choose Save to my journey. Recording is optional.
Day 6 — Read. Read the first story together. Ask what happened in the story.
Day 7 — Compare. Record the same word again. Listen to the first and latest attempts. Submit parent feedback.
What to notice
Could the learner find the next activity without help?
Which activity did they choose to repeat?
Where did instructions, audio or writing feedback confuse them?
After a week, did they want to return?
Respect each family’s privacy
Do not include children’s names, addresses, schools, photos or recordings in feedback. Parents submit feedback through a verified account. Journal audio stays in that browser and is not synced; download any clips you want to keep. Do not circulate families’ recordings or comments without their permission.
For the organiser
Invite families personally, help them start, and ask for first-session and week-end feedback. Do not promise a school grade or fluency certificate. A completed checkmark means the family tried an activity; it is not proof of mastery. Review recurring problems before inviting a larger group.
